A note about claims and the process.... You submit the claims and they get denied, you send them to whomever processes them for the Local (Division for BLE&T). Fred Grippon for CSX and myself for CRSAA. We send a letter to Labor Relations follow it up with a phone call. We discuss the claim(s) and they'll let you know if it's valid or not. What happens next  is we go back to you and let you know what Labor Relations is willing to pay (if anything at all) If the denied claim is worth pursuing then it is sent to the General Chairman and then he goes to an arbitration hearing and either gets it paid or denied.
